Before you draft anything, ask me up to five questions about what you need to know to do this well: [DESCRIBE TASK]. Wait for my answers.
List the typical steps in [HR PROCESS] at a company of about [SIZE]. For each step, give: who does it, what system is used, and whether it is rule-based or needs judgement. Present as a table. I will decide what to automate; do not recommend.
Act as a sceptical HR director. Here is a proposed AI use case: [DESCRIBE]. List the five most serious risks (accuracy, bias, privacy, legal, trust), who would be affected, and a practical guardrail for each. Say which need legal review.
Write [N] behavioural interview questions for [ROLE], covering these competencies: [LIST]. For each: what a strong answer includes; what a weak answer looks like. Job- related only. Nothing about age, family, health, nationality or other protected characteristics. Table format.
Review the job posting below for wording that could discourage applicants by gender, age, disability or background, and for requirements that may not be necessary. Quote each phrase, explain the concern in one line, and suggest a replacement. Do not rewrite the whole posting.

EXAMPLE PROMPT 8. Generate assistant test questions Here are instructions for an HR assistant and the document it uses. Do not write the answers; I will.

EXAMPLE PROMPT 9. Analyse a dataset I have uploaded [FILE]. It contains no personal data. First describe the columns, row count and any missing values. Do not claim causes.
EXAMPLE PROMPT 10. Insight headlines Rewrite each of these topic headings as an insight headline: one sentence containing the key number and what it means. Use only the figures I provide.
Headings: [LIST] Figures: [PASTE VERIFIED NUMBERS]
EXAMPLE PROMPT 11. Draft an automation specification I want to automate this HR task: [DESCRIBE CURRENT STEPS]. Ask me questions if anything is unclear.
