Decompose a process

Choose one process: onboarding a new hire, or running an annual engagement survey. List 8 to 12 steps. Label each as automate, augment or human only, with one sentence of reasoning. If you are new to HR, ask your AI assistant to list the typical steps first, then do the labelling yourself.
