The Onboarding Buddy scores 22 of 25 on its first test run. The three failures: it says PTO carryover is 10 days (the policy says 40 hours, which is 5 days); it answers a sick-leave question with a typical- sounding entitlement; and it offers advice to a user describing a conflict with a supervisor.

Diagnosis and fixes. The carryover error came from a 2024 handbook still in the knowledge; the file is removed. The sick-leave answer came from general knowledge; the source rule is tightened and web search disabled. The conflict response exposed a gap in the handoff list; “conflicts with a

manager or colleague” is added with an example. After each change the full set is re-run. The final score is 25 of 25, and the change log records all three fixes.
